J pipe pisser holes
Ok guys I have a 04 RXP if I remove the J pipe where will I find the 3 pisser holes to enlarge.

turn it unside down.. the long piece that fits into the water box.. look at the top of it you will see 3 holes.. enlarge one size no bigger

That's not gonna fix the real problem. Have you checked the clamp on the coupler? In the wrong place it will choke off water supply to the box

Can I ask where the proper placement of the clamp should be? Higher I assume. A pic would be helpful

That wont help you although you might find the holes to be clogged. Check the pump that the screen is clear, also check the 90* fitting on the bottom of the exhaust manifold. You can pop off the hoses and see if you can blow air thru them. Here is a pic but on my boat. You want the clamps up high- just make sure the J pipe is in the waterbox all they way and that the clamp is not on the space where the waterbox and pipe meet.

You got debris somewhere...not enough water getting into the box...
Also check the exit fitting on the exhaust outlet...I've seen the little brass units get clogged with sand...
I've always removed the 2nd clamp, especially for people when I work on their skis. Less chance for them to fubar it if they work on it themselves down the road. Plus when everything is lined up right all you need is the one clamp.
