    2000 slx waterlogged?

So I noticed the other day my slx just seems to sit a little low in the water. I noticed on another thread someone said something about their foam being waterlogged or wet. I went back and the foam in the back of my ski does feel wet. If i just leave a space heater in my ski with the seat cracked think it will evaporate out eventually?

There is nowhere to get water logged. Its a single layer hull. No inner liner. If you store it indoors leave the seat off. I always leave the seat when my skis are in the garage. I will put the seat on if I know the hull is fully dry.

when you looked did you see any water in the hull? the SLX hulls do sit rather low in the water, at idle speed basically the complete back of the ski will be in the water. with water coming over the deck.

Well there is a lotttt of styrofoam all around the back end of the ski. It is wet and seems to be holding moisture.

It wont absorb water. Nothing to worry about. Just store it with the seat off if possible.
