    rxp 7700rpm

Hi , i bought a 07 stock rxp with worx intake grade and 130hours on it . I did a sc service before i got to ride it. Afterwards i realised that it sticks to 7700 rpm . The dealer told me that this number is satisfiyng. Also i bought new spark plugs but. i havent installed it yet. Is it possible that the wear ring could cause the problem. ? The rust on the shaft is normal ?

Wear ring is not the issue...its the rubber nose cone that has folded itself backwards!!!

Is the rubber nose cone responsible for low rpms ? How should it be? Any photos ? What should my next movement be ? Thanks

Yes, it is most likely your problem... it's in you picture... it's all turned inside out like Danny said...
Pull your jet pump and take that rubber nose cone off and put the ski back together without it... I just take them off and throw them away, if they aren't turned inside out like yours they ride up the shaft and sink the ski... That rusty dive shaft looks sweet by the way...

You have to remove all of it..i see there is still some of it on the prop....that can and will cause problems still..
