    XLT 1200 pop off question

    im redoing the carbs on my 2001 XLT 1200. im trying to set the pop off. I used the gold spring but the pop off is at about 82 psi. is that correct. the valve is marked 1.2. thanks

    any help. the dull silver give 65 psi pop off. would love to finish this rebuilt

    Thanks. I got the 1.5 seats and with gold spring I read 45 psi and the dull silver im at 36psi. im using a digital psi meter. is that right? the chart shows I should be at 55 on the gold and 43 on the dull silver??? thanks

    Your gauge may be a little off... and the chart is just a reference.

    Id run the dull silver springs
