2010 RXT-iS FOUND WATER IN HULL - EASY WAY TO DIAGNOSE THIS WAY?
1. Right now its on the Jetdock and the hull is drained. If I push it off and let it float in the water without starting it and:
A. It doesn't take on any water this should tell me it could be an exhaust hose problem.
B. It does take on water its a carbon seal or (other) leak problem.
If it only takes on water when its running then it has to be an exhaust hose problem.
If it never takes on water again (my favorite scenario) I didn't have the drain plugs tight enough
or there was residual water somewhere else that ran to the back when I accelerated for the first
time since winter storage.

If it was very little water I won't worry to much about it. Might have just been some residual water from last year sitting in the bottom.
I'd push it off the dock and take a short drive(just a minute or so) and pull back up on the dock and see what you got. If its bone dry things are probably ok and was just left over water from last season.

It was hard to tell "how much" really because its an iS ski. The only thing I could do was stick my hand down near the side of the battery and the tips of my fingers splashed in water. Then I pulled the bilge plugs and water trickled out for a little. Still concerning.
