I've been looking round for one myself for a year now with no luck. I'm not sure anyone makes one yet. I don't know if it's because of the tilt system that makes it complicated and/or too expensive. What I ended up doing is installing a set of pro tapers with 2" lifts to get the bars up higher and forward while maintaining the tilt function. That way when it's rough, the bars are high and forward centralizing your mass and when you want to cruise, just tilt them back down. They still ride higher and more forward when tilted all the way down compared to stock location but still very comfortable to ride for extended periods of time.

Thanks jetpilot785. I also could not find a solution. I will see what hybrid solution like what u have done can be accomplished so it still looks neat.
    Have you any pics.

Pics of Pro Tapers on 12' FX SHO stock steering stem

Sorry for the delay brother. I didn't see your response until last night. I mounted a set of 7/8" pro tapers to the stock steering stem using a set of 2" Rox FX risers to lift the bars up higher for my personal liking. You could mount the bars to the stock location if you like a lower bar height. I like the bars up near my lower chest when I stand so I added the 2" riser. I also rotated the bars forward a little to move my body forward to centralize the mass when standing but the tilt function is still intact and when the bars are fully tilted rearward, the seated cruising position is still very comfortable and the bars are a little higher with the riser so you don't feel like the bars are crammed into your knees when sitting back and cruising. Here are a few pics of what I have done.
