I can only get the sleeve for the free flow exhaust on about two inches.. There's still plenty of room to put one or two clamps on and hold it in place..

I've tried to loosen the connections at the waterbox and wiggle everything into place but I think that the box is about as wiggled as it's going to get..

    Cool man, thanks!!

Btw how did you put your exhaust block off on for the old outlet? Did you have to screw the big black nut off and then the new cap just pops in?

Unscrew the black plastic nut then remove the factory exhaust fitting from inside the hull. The Riva block off is used instead of the factory fitting and uses the same nut to hold it in place. It's a lot easier if you pull the pump more room to work.

It will work, but if you run it dry, you could burn the rubber connector...

    (Follow my madness)...

Loosen the following in this order, just enough to move it into position but not enough to fall out of where it is when you let go...

    - jpipe top clamp on rubber connection to waterbox
    - jpipe band clamp
    - exhaust tube top clamp on rubber connection to waterbox
    - exhaust tube clamp on rubber connection on outlet...

Start by rotating your jpipe a little, then turn your waterbox so it pivots on the jpipe clockwise...

This should index your exhaust tube to better line up...

Then tighten in reverse order, otherwise you will preload the jpipe flex joint and cause failure...
