    Question to Maptuner Files

    Hello
I have the Seadoo Spark 900 H.O. 2up, 90HP. No IBR / reverse. No hardware modification.
I want to update the ski to 109HP. There are 4 possible versions of software in my maptuner.
Does anyone know the differences or what the abbreviations mean?
Or can I try all 4 without fear of damage engine.
Drive area is the Baltic Sea.
I have already asked VTech but still no answer.

    beta 401 8500
    beta 402 8500
    8350 102 agr IBR
    8350 80 33 AGR

    Thanks and BR

Beta just means "still in testing", the 8500 or 8350 is the RPMs of engine. From what I have read here, the 402 tune is the best.

    OK thank you.
I suspect the 8350 102 agr IBR is like 8350 80 33 AGR only for Spark with IBR / reverse system? Is that possible?

Yes, thank you that brings me one step forward.

I think I will start trying out the 8350 80 33 AGR and Beta2 8500 on weekend and see what´s the difference.

We are about to rename the tunes for the Spark.
Currently there are 3 different software for a stock spark.

And we have already prepared tuned for all of them.
But then naming have been a bit bad ..

So soon it will all be organised.

The difference from the 8350 AGR and the 402 beta is the corner speed ...

The 402 bogs very little around a hair pin turn and the other has a bit ...

Also the 402 hole shots better , the other porpoises a bit

I have tried both Software last weekend and decided for the 402 beta.
In 8350 agr I could hardly notice a difference to the stock.
I mean 402 beta is more powerful when accelerating from lower speed and the throttle responds more precisely so that it is easier to make small jumps with turns on flat water, for Example.

Is it possible that I lost 1-2mph Top Speed with 402 beta? With Stock 50mph, with 402 beta 48-49 mph.
Is displayed speed measured or calculated? I think it is calculated and dependents on Software?
