bubbles in oil lines. 2000 RFI Millinium 800

I was cleaning the power valves when I noticed air bubbles in the small 3mm oil lines going from the pump to rotary. Should I be concerned about this and how did the air get in there? I did run low on oil in key largo where the light came on but I added oil emmediately.

Just to let anyone know who might notice the same issue on their ski. Once I started the ski the lines purged the air themselves. I last ran the ski in Key Largo and I assume towing it back to Maryland and the bouncing around must have put the air in the lines. Also, my oil tank was only 1/4 full. that probably didnt help. I ran it for 8 hours in the Chesapeake Bay and had no issues.
