    They fixed my Spark!

Well the dealer found the issue with my Spark. The issue was I was blowing the 15 amp fuse, more so when turning and jumping. Long story short, they found a nick in the wire by a valve, shorting out.

They used liquid wire on it, moved it and zip tied it per BRP recommendation. They said they have 2 more Sparks coming in with the same symptoms....

The dealer took photos for me to bring here and share, so photos to come.

Another positive note, I think all my parts are here as of today besides the shoe stuffer kit. Looking in to that now. I will document my before/during/after install of the parts.

It is going to be beautiful out this weekend so I can finish break in and build her out next week.

And the rest of your parts will be here in time to mess with them over the weekend...unless you're going to wait to do all that until you know your Spark is really fixed and solid.

I am having the same problem with my spark, from michigan as well and my dealer just told me he fixed one, wonder if it was yours. Where you from and what dealer serviced it?

    Thanks!

fastlane motorsports, I bet you it is lol. They showed me pics, forgot to have them emailed...I am trying to see ifi there is somewhere on sea doo where I can look at open/closed cases for my VIN.

Basically a small electrical clamp, had wires on 90 degree angle of engine block. It made a very small nick in wire. they liquid wired it, moved it, and zip tied it Dealer said he had like 3 more coming in for similar issue.

shit slasher I will look around, maybe below a valve? It was the engine block, hard 90 edge. You could see it through access panel, so an idea of location.

Oh and I think the wire was a fuel injector power but he said it could be any wire for anyone, the clip was placed in a bad spot.
