    Conn Rod bearing

    Hi guys
i disassembled the FZS SHO engine and found that the crank need to be grained in the connecting rod bearing due to small scratch on it the machinist recommend to grained it size 0.50 mm over stander size.

i want to ask if the yamaha FZS SHO connecting rod bearing over size is available or any after market bearing?

not that i know of, yamaha bearing sizes vary only slightly, so depending on the scratch, you might be better off polishing it and fitting new bearings
