    Cylinder wall pics!

    My gut already says get this re nicked but what do you guys think? Its super small less than a pen tip but I can feel it with my nail. Click image for larger version.

    contrary to popular belief you can hone nikasil but it does take a special stone.
    just curious if this will clean up. what caused it?

    Yeah I did it (hone) on my current ski got over 50 hours on it and its fine.

    This is pitting from a stick piston. I honed it as well thats why the cross hatch looks good.

    ahh if it didnt hone out then its replate time
    what type stone are you using? Looks pretty course

    Kinda what I was thinking. Deff. will not hone out so its toast.

    Have to look when I get home. I am sure its not the correct kind but it does the job.
