    New 310 ecu p/n

Hey guys, I posted this elsewhere but I have a new ECU from Kawi. The p/n's on the outside of the case are:
    Numbers on old ECU: 21175-0868
    Numbers on new ECU: 21175-0954

Haven't had a chance to test yet.

Has anyone else received a replacement ecu yet?

Are they doing a recall on all 310 ECU?

Did they just mail it to you or did you request for it? Did you have to turn in your old ECU?

My dealer sourced it for me. Yes, had to give my original back - bugger!

ECU is fixed! Ski will pull hard then top out at 7580-7600rpm (Factory speed limiter). Ran it hard for a few minutes at WOT - no pulling back of revs.

I know you guys are reading these threads - Thank you Kawasaki! Problem solved really easily.

Good to hear dude. Glad it worked for you.

Glad to hear you were taken care of.

I am in the same boat (Ultra 310x) that won't go past 53-54mph. Same ECU part number 21175-0868.

However, both my dealer and Kawasaki corporate are saying there is no issue with the current ECU and no replacement ECU is available.

Any suggestions on how to go about getting this replacement ECU (2117-0954)?

I think you might be in a different boat if your 310 indeed goes only 53-54 mph. That's like LX speed.
Did it ever reach higher speed than that at all since bought it?

The boat has seen 62mph on super flat water once. However the last couple rides have been 2-3ft chop and even with WOT the boat won't break mid 50s. It starts to accelerate but as soon as any hook up is lost the engine just cuts way back.

    Any info/opinions are certainly appreciated.

What was your top speed with your OLD ECU?
