is this normal? a little water in the hull.

Every time I go out and come back in and drain it with turning on the motor for 3 secs and rev it up and even tip it up when I get home and still have a little water under the engine. Very little just as much my finger tips can play in there it doesnt touch the engine tho. Its been like that for awhile never less or more. Is this normal 2008 rxp x 255?
Ps. A buddy of mine has an rxt x and his has thisame amount of water in there.
    Thanks

    Condensation maybe.
Carbon seals tend to leak a little.

If its only a small amout then it normal.

In ruff water and chop waves can get some water into the hull also.

This is totally normal, I tend to have some water from condensation and when tooling around in rough water. That's what the drains are for.

The thing I hate about this. Is with fluid film and other things in there the small amount of water area turns dark grey and black from the film in the water.

Another way for water getting into the hull is through the seat!!! That's right, water will seep through the seat cover, foam and seat base (it has drain holes). After a days use, remove the seat(s) and stand it on end to drain the water.

Not normal. I had a 2008 RXP X and it was always bone dry in the engine bay and I rode in a lot of soakers and subbed it three times. My 2010 RXT X however always has this little bit of water in it. It comes in from the seat and the steering where it adjusts up and down. I don't care what make or model ski, it shouldn't get water in the hull.
