    what is the best way to get a hold of impros other than jump on a plane to cali?

    I send them a prop with their instruction sheet to be depitch one week ago and so far no even a call from them, I email them Monday , no reply, call them left a message , no call back.
    whats going on with them?
    anyone knows?

    They do good work but their customer service response is awful, be patient and you'll get it back but if you want to make changes to your order you're probably out of luck.

    One think I know from being in the car industry is things get super busy on season. I have 22 cars at my shop right now, almost all of them for motor builds and custom turbo kits. It takes me a while to get back to people. I generally don't even answer the phone during the day but I try to check messages at night and respond to emails. My guess is that they are super busy.

    lol hahaha , I have nothing but patience, thanks god I do not need to make any changes. Ive got a prop once from them and its wasn't that bad , but this one is killing me, one call or email will keep customers happy don't you guys think?

    well I must be the luckiest man on the world , I actually got a call from them and spoke to Danielle , real nice sweet girl ,and my prop will be on my way tomorrow.

    their work is outstanding everyone knows that, but as a businessman [yes Im self employed] lol . a good customer service or a good customer relationship always bring more customer back even if sometimes you screw up.
    I believed they will see a big increase in business if they try a little harder on their customer relationship , especially on this business where you know me and I know you.

    Send your stuff in to them in the winter. They turned around 2 props for me in less than a week in late December.
