Is the throttle cable sticking or the throttle bodies staying part way open?

Did you change or adjust the throttle cable or TPS since it last worked properly?

I switched the tps sensor out with my other Pwc and it was doin the same thing so checked what u recommended and started it up with out the air cleaner on and slowly hit the throttle just a little bit and it revved up a little and came back down so guess I was getting a little excited and jumped the gun on my problem thanks for the info tho Ben
