I'm glad our Speedsters 150's live on, even with the Scarab name, as a matter of fact I'm thinking of upgrading to it if it's at $23k.. Wishful thinking but I can see it at 25k US.. even at 25k I'll consider it, it says 5 person capacity, maybe that will be the new limit..

I think I read 16' and 5 passenger was what 165 means. What is the actual measured Speedster 150's length?

Its not the BRP molds..They are using their own molds...Ski boats are very similar but yet very different...The HP output is different as well!!!!

Used boats seem reasonable vs. New scarab prices

the Scarab is over $30k with larger engine, so it would appear that used Seadoo prices arent bad.
And the nose of the Scarabs is ugly vs. the 150 Speedsters. Also they are much heavier.
    Seadoo lives. Ron

Sorry guys, it is a 100% SeaDoo mould from a Speedster, it's 15'9 feet, 5 passenger, and it starts at $19k, I have the same boat 2011 model except this time Scarab updated the interior, it's 100% the exact same engine as my speedster the Rotax 1503, even the switches, instrument cluster, and throttle controls are 100% SeaDoo, but hey don't take my word for it, get it straight from the source:
