weird green **** in bottom of hull?
I was putting my battery back in today and in the bottom of the ski, there was this greenish **** in the bottom. NOt sure what it was, coolant maybe? maybe they were just messy winterizing it? any ideas?

not coolant, your ski(and most skis) use lake water to cool. however, I'm willing to bet its a thick dark green because it's 2 stroke oil. lets see, you either have hose coming off your oil tank leaking or the tank its self is leaking from the seam that runs all the way around it since the two halves of the tank are "sandwiched" together. is the oil tank filled just to the seam? If so, thats probably the culprit. If it's lower than that you obviously have a leak somewhere further down(ie hose, filter, fitting). If it's very full, then someone overfilled it and it flowed out the relief valve on top.
you can either replace the lines/clamps/tank, or whatever's leaking. Or, if it's the tank and you don't want to spend the money you can try some silicone around the seam, OR do what I do on our GTX and just don't fill the tank past half way until you take care or it.
