You need to also inspect the bore. Probably re-hone to help seat the new rings. Check end gap on the rings. And inspect the pistons for wear.

You will need new rod bolts, PTO gasket also.

first check with another comp tester

Add some pitch to the impeller and get off the rev limiter.

i read alot on my subject
If the compression is bad in the cylender 2 and 3
Maybe its a blown head gasket
I over heat the engine one week ago

do you think its going to be easy to see if its the head gasket

i really think its my actual problem because i have the same bad compression in the two cylenders

Pull the head , have it surfaced, and get a valve job done.

Was your motor burning oil, and smoking?
If not, it could just be leaky valves causing low compression.

Being on the rev limiter is bad for head gaskets too

90psi is a beat to hell motor. Use a decent tester first then check your engine alignment. People don't split carbon rings unless they bind and snap. I'd check the mounts as well. as Psycho said get the head done but instead of crap TTY bolts get some ARP studs and do it right
