    Water Vs. Wine

    Water Vs. Wine

    It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 liter of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 1 kilo of Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria found in feces.

    In other words, we are consuming 1 kilo of Poo. However, we do not run that risk when drinking wine because alcohol has to go through a purification process of boiling, filtering and/or fermenting.

    WATER = Poo

    WINE = HEALTH

    Ergo: It is better to drink wine and talk stupid than to drink water and be full of crap. There is no need to thank me for this valuable information. I am doing it as a public service.

    You need a reverse osmosis water filtration system. I dont trust bottled water either. Somewhere there is a guy filling water bottles out of a toilet and selling them...
    Also having a Wine cellar with homemade wine helps too....will be bottling these babies in October...

    We are 3rd generation Wine makers, using Grandpa's original wine press.
    It is a lot of hard work but worth it in the end.
