    Hi Buddy,

I do not understand your title?

"after 2 times my piston melted at last 3 years ."

Do you mean your piston melted 2 times in less than 3 years?
Is it always the same cylinder that get detonation/piston melt down?
    Only one piston get damage?
Do you run less than 89 octane? or Ride on very old fuel after long period of storage?

Your issue might simply come from bad fuel quality rather than bad fuel pump or injector.

yes the piston melted 2 times the last 3 years .The first time we rebuilt it with a new block and everything new from sea doo .no after market parts .
the cylinder the first time was the first one and now is the third one . only one piston damage . i run 95 gasoline or 97 unleaded gasoline .also i ride all the year also the winter i was at least one two hours per month in the sea .so i don't think that is from the fuel also i send the fuel for test to the university and everything was good ( no water ,no low octane ,etc )one and half months at january till february that my jet ski didn't move i put stabilizer .
so i am trying to find from where my problem is

After the 2nd time someone should have checked that bore and everything else with that cylinder.
