2003 FX140 I tore it apart and replaced the pistons and rings. I made timing marks but I'm an idiot and did it in white out, which rubbed off on both the cams. I still have a mark on the crankshaft and the chain. I have the service manual and tried to align the arrows with the small holes but when I clamp down the cam caps I can no longer turn the crank by hand. Should it still turn freely? Also I can get one cap on each without much effort, but then the second cap has to forced down, opening some valves with it. Is that normal?
