    replacement fuel baffle float

I have a 94 SPI with the typical magnet falling out of float which mine did. I bought the replacement float kit with the two magnets but my ohms are now 0 -80 instead of 0-90. So empty I believe it will show it has fuel. Can I take one magnet out to fix this?

    Thanks

try the top and then try the bottom-- leave out the 1 that gives you the closest readings.
