Drilling holes in RXPX 260 for more air?

Anybody drilled little holes in this faux plastic screen for more air and to suck hot air out?

I have been thinking about drilling the part in the 3rd pic for awhile, but have not done it.

Think I am gonna do it. Small holes in between the grill pattern for those in the 3rd pic. Also, for the grill area in the 1st pic I am thinking holes here will pull hot air from the ski. What do you think?

Just got done installing the R&D Stage 4 kit on this ski. Can't wait to get it in the water!

I cut my front vents out and made side vents cold air for air intake

IMO it should work pretty good. I have holes in the back under the seat, so I have a place for air to get out, I just need something to let it in.

I don't need cold air, just air flow. Besides, I would trade riding ALL year for a little summer heat.

I bet the real issue is the heat in the back.

That's the issue on every model. Cool air in, hot air piling up in the back.
