    Angry loss of power ( Max rpm 7000 ) after 7 hours

    My friend rxp 2005
    The rpms were normal (8100-8200 rpm) and the sc whistled. So every thing seem to work fine except ,today I noticed sever power loss after one hour from hitting the water, and can't hear the sc anymore and rxp is heavy when acceleration max rpm is 7000. Is this a sc issue for sure or could it be something else?
    FYI , My friend installed metal clutch washers , ceramic bearing ,

    Power Cooler, w/Pro-Series BOV , stage one kit and RR impeller

    after seven hours from installing all above parts ,this thing happened

    Please advice what is the problem

    7000 RPM's is a bit high to be a supercharger failure. Did you check for a boost leak?

    Since you are running a BOV check to make sure the vacuum hose didn't come unplugged

    where is the vauum hose located , please

    The hose is pulged ( okay ) , but i open up the air intake

    connected to the sc and i can spin the sc impeller while fixed

    to engine side , then i took out the hole sc out and i

    saw very very small metals located in the hole of the engine side

    i decided to open the hole oil side which related the sc hole

    to see if somthing happen in the internal parts aaaaaaaaah

    my friend just ride it for about seven hours , i don't know

    why is this happend , ( it's very very bad day today for us ) .,

    fyi when he installed the washers & bearings for sc was done by seadoo dealer

    Sorry to hear about that Lab. Try to post some pictures of the S/C so we can see what happened
