    Intercooler full of oil

Just come back from a ride with my 2008 rxp-x 255 and as I was out she started losing more rpm then she was already losing. With a new intercooler and rebuilt supercharger I went from getting 7500 to 7200 rpm to 7700 to 7620rpm. So from the start of the new stuff she still would not get to 8000rmp but at that time I was happy getting to 7700 and 7780. But she was sounding weard. But the seadoo guy said that normal. So today after coming back and losing another 300 rpm doing only 7460 rpm I new something was wrong. So I open her up and. Looked in the intercooler and there was my 1 liter of oil I was missing. So. What is going on and if its a supercharger oil seal. That should of been fixed right the frist time. Is there any other things I should be worried about. And can all that oil in my new intercooler be clean out.

Is there oil in the intake pipe up to the SC. Do you still run the standard intake piping. If so, and you have the factory breather plumbed in to it (not running a catch can) you could be getting a lot of blow by from the engine. Low compression, worn rings would be causing this. It's one possibility. The only other place the oil could come from is through the SC seals as you have already stated. But excessive blow by would also explain the loss in rpm. Your engines knackered. Just my thoughts mind you. I hope for your sake I'm wrong.

Oh and the IC can easily be cleaned out with solvent washed through it.

Could be a bad supercharger shaft seal.

I no it was the supercharger before. So I'm hoping its the seal. Hoping he put it in wrong or used a older one or said he did it but didn't. And yes the oul in the pipe. The left hand side standing behind the seadoo

Plus wouldn't the engine warning symbol come on if it was engine relayed.

I ask because If too much oil is in that engine when hot it can back feed threw the crank case breather and in that way. Had a ski last year do this. Originally thought the charger seal went

Will she was at the full mark on the dip stick and 2 days of riding one hour a day the oil light came on and she was at 1/4 or a bet list. Now yesterday I had to put a liter in her wich only took here to 3/4. So I don't think there was to much oil
