I have just upgraded to an x charger on my 2006 rxp do i really need to install 42# injectors or can i go without? I am currently running 70 mph at 8200 on the gps, i am going to flash the ecu to 8400 rpm sonce i am on the limiter but dont want to be too rich.

without a way to adjust your fuel your really just rollin the dice. Ive heard stock with X-charger n 42s is ok but i defintely think you need at least a fuel pressure regulator along with a wideband gauge so you can tell what your AFRs are and adjust if need be.

IF your goning to flash your ECU or have an external ICer you will then also need a RRFPR..And as stated,it would be a very wise investment to get a good AFR gauge installed..without that you might as well play russian roulet

Yes, you need them. It will not be too rich, relatively cheap and easy to install.

If you plan on runnin an aftermarket wheel for more boost later or reflashing to anything past 8200 RPMs id recommend you get at least some 50s. Heck i run 80s on my ski just to know i have plenty of fuel for when i really up the RPMs. Im not pushin high 8s low 9s yet on my revs but will be after my new flash.
