    you could also use the springs and retainers from R&D they are even cheaper than the supertechs

    Agree, but in my case they are. I have the chance to buy a used set of Riva (yes, I'll use new stretch bolts for the rocker support) for the same price as a new set of Supertechs. The used ones have 20hrs on.

    Supertechs over 9k for many many hours now for me.

    supertechs have a micro polished finish on them. Extra step towards strength.

    I now have riva springs they have seen several blips at 10,000 and few seconds here and there at 9500 (supertech valves)

    I also like the supertechs. Both are good springs. Go with what ever you can get cheaper.
