An easy day went south real quick. Need opinions.

While trying to hep eliminate a cavitation issue, I created a new issue.

Snapped the head off the bolt. How would you suggest getting this out?

Another question which I think I already know the answer to. Is this wear ring and impeller's life done?

for the bolt. you can make a punch mark in the center of it and get a screw/bolt extractor set and drill the center and pound in the extractor and turn it out. otherwise you can drill the bolt hole.

i cant ant help you on the second part as I'm new to Waverunners myself.

To check wear ring it can't have any burn marks from cavitation and cannot be worn through stainless sleeve check impeller distance with guage from wear ring to much of a gap and cavitation will occure

FIRST the broken bolt, the easier way is to replace the bracket from inside of the hull. that SS bolt is very hard to drill through.
SECOND i don't see nothing obviously wrong with the wear ring and prop.

SS is very hard to cut or drill indeed. Best way is to go really, really slow. Otherwise you will go through a dozen bits.

Get a good drill bit designed for hardened metal. Grainer or Fastenal has them. Tapping/cutting oil helps to.

prop looks fine from what I can see. Wear ring, as mentioned should be intact.

Look inside the hull, do you have the individual brass fittings or the plates/brackets?
Either way, you will have to remove the goop/glue on the inside by chiseling off(+ a heat gun), and then you can 'tap' up the fitting to remove from inside.

If you have the plate type, & the the other bolt head is enact, try to heat it with a small torch (quickly, 15secs.) to help loosen the thread lock, then try to slowly remove.
