Will this bunk setup ruin my hull?

I just got a new trailer and all 4 bunks on the 2 skis look like this. I read that the bunks should not rest on the chines. Will this damage my jet ski hulls if I leave it like this? I already drove 1000 miles with it like this but have not had the skis off the trailer yet.

Probably no damage (yet) but if it was my trailer I would be adjusting the bunks to better fit the hull profile between the chine ridges.

Adjust the bunks a tad lower to the ski. You want the weight of the ski evenly distributed along the ski/bunk to absorb the weight of the ski evenly. If left where it is now, it will put extra pressure on the ski hull ridge, think more surface area of the ski to more surface area of the bunk. This means less pressure on the ski at the points of contact. I would adjust it soon just to be safe.
