    engine oil disappearing

Dipstick low every 10-20 hours use. Adding a little under 1/2 quart to bring back to halfway point on dipstick. Removed SC outlet tube and noticed some oil residue stuck to inside. No noticeable build-up within the intercooler that I can see. Does this happen normally, ?
2012 200 speedster, the other engine does not seem to have this issue. Any insight on possible causes? Thx.

Seal is bad...leaking oil into the intake and coating the IC and intake surface...

SC just needs a new seal...

Also, that oil residue you see inside the tube, thats all over the inside of the intake and IC, affecting performance...Its best to pull the intake manifold, remove the IC...Clean the inside of the manifold, and clean that IC...

Thanks to all for the quick reply. Ok, so I pull the intercooler, the manifold, and the tubing.. .clean the oil out. What cleaning procuct/method should be used for this process.,? As far as the SC...that'll be removed and placed on the workbench. I recently sent both chargers into Jerry for 200hr rebuild. Had him install the Viton seals at that time. That being said, I've never personally dismantled one of those units...is it easy to get right at the seal without taking all the goodies off the shaft,? And, I'm going to assume that I would need at least one more special tool...the shaft holder..is that correct? . Thx again for the help guys.

Concerning the viton seals read this thread.

I installed the OEM seal from the kit because of this.
