Help with 2006 RXP Part List
So I am purchasing a 2006 RXP hull that is pretty much bare. I have the OPAS, Engine Harness, Steering cables, rideplate, Intake Grate, complete handle bars, sponsons, fuel pump, seat and all the plastic pieces. I'm thinking I'm only going to need a motor, set of 06+ electronics, full pump and a carbon seal. Anything I'm missing?

So I think I got everything figured out.
-2007-2011 215/255 Motor (Will run X Charger, 42's, RRFPR, EX. Intercooler, 4" air)
-2008+ Exhaust (Riva Waterbox, Thru Hull exhaust)
-2007+ Electronics (Guages, ECU, MPEM, Harnesses, Fuel Pump, anything missing?)
-New OEM Carbon Seal
-Pump - SS Wear Ring, R&D Pump seal, 15/20R Prop
-Piranha Front Engine Mount
Any nickle and dime stuff I'm missing? What exhaust hoses are needed? Fuel lines?

I have a nice 2006 RXP hull that I would like to set up and keep for a while

Why not build a ski and ride it???
With that being said I'll sell you my ride plate girdle and Riva grate fitted to match in a week or less as soon as I pull it.

That's the plan.. Get this thing ready with the newer valves, flywheel bolts and a new X Charger with a low hour motor and rip on. However if it's too much work I'm going to try and purchase a 2007+ ski that's stock and build it. It seems like it might be cheaper to build the hull I have though. How much are you looking for the grate? I should be able to swing it next pay day.

Change of plans, instead of finding pieces individually I'm going to look for a wrecked RXT-X or RXP-X ski and swap the parts into mine

Why not focus on your 04? Doing valves, flywheel bolts, all the extras is so much easier than people think. Just takes a little patience and lots of beer. Just mark all the bolts and parts you remove for an easier reassembly.

Instead of dumping loads of $$$ in my 04, wouldn't I be best off to buy a 2006+ in the fall? I'm thinking I'm just going to drop this 06 project unless I find a nice ski that can donate all of it's parts. For now it'll just be for parts if I need them.
