    V-Force 2 reed gasket help

I have a set of VF2 reeds I am ready to install. There are 2 gaskets one rubber and one paper/cardboard material.

Do I mate those together or and put them on the case side ? Or is the cardboard one used to seal the intake manifold side ? I noticed on the OEM set up there is only the rubber material this is what confused me a bit.

I would think the latter, but I'd call Carl @ Island Racing as he would know.
