RXP 260 Vtech software issue HELP!!!!!!!!!!
so i purchased a vtech mapper and tuning credit from PWC Performance Store. I'm in the process of installing it and following the directions and it states to download the Vtech Maptuner client 1_7_37 so I do that. it loads and i get an error stating "Can not connect to server, it seems the server is offline. Please try again later, contact Maptun if you need assistance". I check the internet connection via surfing many other sites successfully. ughhh, it's not my connection it must be vtech. so I call them and they weren't very helpful.
I have a $400 mapper and $600 tuner that ARE USELESS at this point.
any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can't connect to the server ... Maybe your behind a proxy server or a firewall blocking the connection ... Maybe you are using an antivirus with a built in firewall blocking the software from using the internet...

then make sure you install the LATEST version of the maptuner client software.
We did change server some time ago and the older might have wrong settings.
