    Electrical Malfunction

I've read this forum for a while, but never posted til now...

I have a 98 GP800 that wont get electrical power to anywhere. Brand new battery (filled with acid), ground is good as I got spark upon hook up. Electrcial box connections look good...with the possibility of the relay in there being bad. Any ideas?

You may have just blown the fuse in the electrical box.
I would check that first, may be a easy fix.

Might want to check the code-loc on the speedo, my 98 GP would always go to code-loc when the battery was removed, just like you had locked it. When locked, it acts just like you describe. There is a place in the owners book on how to bypass the loc if you forget the code.
