    Polaris probs please help

Hi hope i ve done this right i m new to the site.

first i ll give you as much info as i can.
i ve got a polaris 140 msx 2003 direct injection.

20 mins after putting it into the water after having a top and bottom rebuild it started to lose power
then cut out but would start straight back up, so i took it back in as it just cost me the best part of £1500
    to get it rebuilt.

    New parts :-
its had new NGK plugs and battery,
rebuild included a crank, pistons x3
    bearings and one new barrel.

    Where i m at :-
once getting it back i have checked compression all 3 cylinders are reading apx 110psi
fuel pressure was zero, so unhooked the fuel tank and found the regulating valve lying at the bottom of the tank, Yay i ve found the problem "i thought"
plumbed it back in secured it in place and fired it up
i now have 23psi at the shwrader valve when cranking from what i ve read this is enough??
the mfd works as it should with no check engine warning,
i have also checked the voltage at the injectors all 3 read 17.5volts is that ok??
i have a good spark on all 3 cylinders.
As far as i can see i have compression i have spark and fuel could the timing be out??
or what else could stop it from running?

when cranking it does not attempt to fire, any ideas i m at a loss??

    Welcome

Check the voltage on the White/Red wires that power the fuel injectors. Test procedure was recently listed in other threads.

Thanks but i cant find any threads on the voltage?? As stated in my first post i have checked mine and all three are at 17.5 volts when cranking would this be enough to trigger them?

Make sure the plugs did not foul. Unplug one injector & see if the volts on white/red increase. If so check stator coil outputs. If stator checks out & all connections are clean/tight its probably the EMM power section getting weak. If voltage too injectors is over 20v its should run on two cyl.s. If not go back to the engine timing.

    And another

Under 20 volts is not enough to fire the fuel injectors.
