what would you pay for a 2010 FX Cruiser Sho with 342 hours?

I have no idea how used skis are priced so I'm wondering what you all would offer for a 2010 FX Cruiser Sho with 342 hours? Looking forward to your responses.

Great thanks. Maybe I'll try to get the trailer included. Any maintenance issues I should look at?

corrosion is for me the biggest issue on these skis, yamaha did a good job using cheap ass steel clamps. other than that the s/c clutch. at that many hours , i'm sure it was replace already.

Question is condition and was the service followed. Check the oil color and look for the signs of corrosion on the engine and inside engine bay. Check the intermediate shaft for signs of corrosion and the nipple for grease. Check the pump clearance and ride it to check for overall ride and cavitation. That ski was ridden a lot. If condition isn't the best, as I would suspect, I would go 5.9k and go from there depending on condition.

Thanks for the advice! this will be my first ski, might try to find someone local willing to help me look it over. The dealership doesn't have the best reputation.

What is your budget going into this? I would personally find a ski with LOWER hours to invest in.

I just brought home yesterday a pair of 2009 FX HO with 11.5 hours each on them. Craiglist DEAL! Pristine condition. Came with full covers and triton double trailer.

I paid $13,500.00 for the package. I could NOT be happier. They need maintenance, but I'm doing it all myself as it is SO easy. New plugs, oil and oil filter for each. Syphoning the gas out as well and replacing with fresh gas and a can of SEAFOAM.

There are deals out there! Gotta look and be patient. 342 hours is a ton of hours unless you have records of stellar maintenance.

    Good LUCK!

6k at the very most... you could get these 2010's very cheap when new due to the economy and that is a lot of hours.

That's an awesome deal! I can go new, I just am not opposed to saving some coin on a used ski since Yamis have such a reputation of reliability. The only reason I asked about this high hour one is because it's the closest used one to me for sale by 100 miles and I thought the price seemed high. If their advertised price(nearly 8k) seemed fair to you guys I would skip the used ski and just go new since I'd imagine the delta between a low hour used FX SHO and a new one would be minimal.
