Run no tabs with the FF plate

Well I went out riding yesterday with no tabs. I have always been told on here the handling will be hurt with out them and it will feel and be dangerous. After trying this out with the FF plate installed I am going to leave the tabs off for sure. The water was really choppy in spots, and smooth in others but I didn't have one problem.

Remember on this FF plate the middle is no machined down any so for people that went from the old j-plate to j-plate with ff mod it might be different.

Funny...Jim is pretty clear on running the stock or shortened tabs with his plate. With no Tabs you are probably taking some chances - remember safety first.

I have ridden a couple boats now without the tabs and the FF plate. Both handled well. Not going to do any closed course racing with that setup but still very ridable and fast.

Oh yea, I wouldn't do any cc racing with that setup but it works very well for just going to the lake and doing a little rec riding. That is what I do mostly.

I saw a solid .8mph, maybe even 1mph if I worked with the angle some.
