cylinder 1 and 4 not firing

So the ski has been out of the water for a long time, had opened up the engine since the ski had flooded with water and got into the piston side and seized in a way. Nothing was damaged but put new seals.

Ok so i put back the fuel pump back into the tank since that had recently gone out too. Once i started the ski and left it to run for couple minutes. I pulled the each connector to the coils one at a time, coil number 1 and 4 didn't make a difference to the engine idle. However when the connectors to coil number 3 and 4 were disconnected, there was a rough idle. Hence i came to know cylinder 1 and 4 were not firing. Removed the plugs after that and saw plug number 1 had way too much carbon (running rich) and plug number 2 was firing ok.

What should i be looking into now, and what shall i do? i checked all the injectors and cleaned them but it did exactly the same thing.

What else can i be looking into, would love to get this ski running back to normal again.

See if the coils are firing first. Then check compression if they are. If compression and spark are good check your injectors

your number 1 needs new rings at the least. Did you check compression? what seals did you replace?
Check compression, i don't think you have much in 1 and 4...

Captain Reza, sorry made a mistake, changed the stem seals, and also replaced the pistons rings as well.

Just an update - after checking through all the fuel lines, injectors, coils, plugs, ecu, wiring, etc.everything was fine.... went back to check my engine timing since it was the only thing left (i had overhauled the engine). The timing was off by a tooth which caused the issue. Just got the timing right this time around. cylinder 1,2,3,&4 are all firing up.

I shall be putting the ski in the water to test either today or tomorrow. Shall give further updates then.
