    Jetting keihin triple return line details needed

    Thanks to all the help I have received on this site I have all the bugs worked out of my ski and I am preparing to rebuild the carbs. I have read the procedure to install a 60 size jet in the fuel return line and have a question.
    Do I drill out the return port on all 3 carbs and jet the middle one, or jet all three?
    Will any mikuni #60 main jet work?

    Are you talking about the brass fuel return line restrictor that was factory on some blue FUJI engines?

    That does not apply to the Keihin carburetors, as far as I know. Early in the day here for me so the coffee is not yet fully working.

    I read a post (didn't know how to copy and paste it here) which said to drill out the internal restricted return passage in the carb with a 1/8th bit and tap and thread a jet in to the outlet so it may be removed and cleaned with out having to disassemble the carb to clean it next time. Trying to do all the research I can hope I'm not over thinking it.
    I have about two cups of coffee in me already so I'm slightly moving.

    That applied to the fujis as far as I know. I dont know anyone who has done that with the keihins. I think the Yamaha 2 stroke guys do a mod like that as well. I dont think its necessary to change anything on the keihins.
