    landscaping help

I have a huge ass pile of old braches and leaves that I want to shrink. Is there something that I can put on it to help it decompose faster? Lyme or anything like that?

    Thanks

Thanks guys, but here's the problem.

1 the chipper would need to be at least a 7" capacity. I rented one for a friend a few months ago and it worked well. I also tried a small troy built chipper and it didn't do squat. most of the branches are at least 3"

2 the place is on an island, so the chipper would need to be small enough to fit on a pontoon boat and be towed up a fairly steep hill with a quad.

3, lighting it up is illeagal, and would probably burn down the whole island.

my chipper accepts up to 3 inches. shut up bastards. it would fit on the pontoon and could be taken up with the quad i bet.

That's not what Ray told me."" s

You'd have to see it. It's not an easy pile to get to. It's pretty much stuff thrown off teh side of a cliff over the past 20 or so years. I'll try to take some pics this weekend.

Fire is inspirational. Think about it: light a fire,,you can`t stop feeding it. No one can. But gasoline doesn`t quite cut it. I spent a month in the burn unit at East Jefferson Hospital. Yeah,,it hurt.

Not the best pic, but you can get an idea. the area circled is about 1/3 of the pile. I'd love to light it up, but that ain't happening
