    For LB2CAT PWCoffshore...

    Goes TURBO!!
I am sure more info on this set-up will follow after the big race this weekend.
This is great news for us Ultra folks as this is being done with R&D.

Lots to be seen in that pic if you know what you're looking at. Interested to see how it performs

No. He has one to have other options when the conditions provide. I do not think he has enough time or has done the mods he would like to do to this, (Yam) yet.
He is leaving it stock for break-in and to be able to intelligently discuss his findings on the STOCK Yamaha and then will let the mods begin and report back on this.
It is great to have a resource that will do the research and report back their impressions, and take "The Hit" for many of us to aid in deciding what ski/waverunner is good for what.
I look forward to Marks unvarnished impressions of the Yamaha both before and after the mods.

I am very interested in the fuel requirements for the Yamaha. Of course, this should be a known factor from the Lake Perris race. So, the turbo Yami has some race time under its belt. The Turbo Kawi from R&D does not have that luxury. I wish Mark had another month of testing before attempting this. If this ski holds up, and I hope it does, it may very well finally level the playing field.

Either leave the 310 the way it is and be able to blow every other ski on your lake out of the water. or have 2 turbo skis that'll blow em all out of the water even worse that put up high GPS #s. lol.

Me too Mike. We will soon find out.

Poppa Dawg I hope you and the "New" hand are doing well. Sorry you will not be here this year.

R&D will continue to get this dialed in. It will make an already excellent race platform even better.
