4-68-4 MPH in under 16 Sec

I got that today on my RXPX. Not bad for a boat. I am uploading the video now.

    http://www.ncs-stl.com/RxpxTuning/4-68-4.png

This was recorded with a QStarz 10 HZ logger

I was shooting for 70 but got 68.

My summer mods made it so the ski is accelerating just as hard in warm water and on an 85 degree day as it was pulling in the early spring in cold water and 60 degree weather. I am happy with my totally different CAI compared to what everyone else runs. The blower whine is amazing.

The hardest accel happens at 23 MPH at 22 MPH/sec

Max decel happens at 43 MPH at an almost identical decel rate.

    Way cool stuff.

The accel/brake test is at 1:03 in the video. Out the back is a rather cool angle.

Hard to answer as I have messed with a few things.

Early, this spring I was turning 8400 in flat cold water. Now in the heat of summer I am turning 8220 and flat water is a little difficult to find.

I was running a rear air in the spring. Now I run a cold air setup running to the bow. Acceleration and throttle response is identical now even even though the weather sucks. Speed is off a couple on MPH.

You can see the VTech apparently backing down a little on a long pull. I plan to reinstall the Motec soon to see how it compares. I will have to remember to stay off the binders when running the Motec.

My pump and prop are totally stock right now. I had a 15-20 Solas here but a racer borrowed it. I do have a fairly trick pump stuffer, but it is still on the bench.

Sure, feel free to post up any real and repeatable data.
