Kaw 250x with lots of new mods on it and needing good advice.

So as a few of you members may know bye now I have not had the best of luck with the ski this race season. In the past month we have had our supercharger go to crap along with our pump and impeller. So it's been very costly one the pocket book. Thanks to a couple of great sponsors we have picked up the pieces after each race and have gotten stronger. What I need now from you members is some positive advise on a new issue we are having. My F1 code is coming on the dash blinking the word Heat. My tuner and I took the ski out Friday for a few test runs after a few new parts came in and were installed on it. Currently on our ski we have.
    R&D Ride plate
    R&D Waste
    gateblock-off kit
    R&D Emission block-off kit
    R&D Nozzle Wedge kit
    R&D Intake grate
    R&D Ride plate
    R&D
    Pump Shoe seal kit
    R&D Intercooler cooling kit
    Riva Bypass
    Upgrade kit
    Riva Waterbox
    Riva Performance Power Filter kit
    Riva Free flow exhaust
    New supercharger
    New pump
    New solas 15/23 impeller
We are very please with the performance we were having in the 10 min on the water besides the ski heating up. Our 59mph days of racing are over with as the dash was reading 72mph after getting it back on the trailer. We will see the true numbers as we head to Oklahoma for our race next weekend and then Kentucky the following weekend. If I could please get positive advice and or secrets on what to do so I can at least get a 5 min ride in my ski without it overheating. As of right now with the next race in less then a week we were going to remove the black piece in the hood scoop and then we were going to remove the front box inside the hull and put a fan in in from a parts store and then we were going to cut out the storage area under the rear seat and then add some washer to raise the back seat a tad all to try to have more air flowing through it. Now we realize this isn't going to fix the issue as the exhaust heat up in a hurry. But we are hoping it helps out for a few 14 sec passes this weekend until we have a little more ideas and time to work on it. I posted a few passes from Friday night below.... Our slippage our cavatating and our rev limiter issues we had at Kentucky Lake races 2 weeks are now gone thank god. Tell me what you think of the hookup and holeshot.
Sometimes in the GoPro video to look at are 1:55 and 2:50 and 3:40 and 4:50 and 5:40 and 7:00

do the cooling mods as mentioned, the temp sensor, and the timing wheel mod. put a handheld gps on it and see what it is actually doing..... the speedo is very rarely if at all accurate.... mine reads anywhere from 68-70 and its showroom stock that should give you an indication of how much they can be trusted.

Thanks for your advice. Going to order that temp sensor you mentioned as well as a ULTRA 250X Intercooler Cooling Kit.
