The rear cowling has perfect spots for 2.5" vents.... more vents can be added if you get creative.

I installed R&D Rear Vents on my 14PX and it does help alitte bit (not much). If you want huge difference, than you will need open loop mod to make engine bay a lot cooler.

IMO the engine bay heat is not a problem if the SC is getting plenty of cool air
a 160 t stat is all the cooling mod needed

Buy a boat blower motor, install with a toggle switch. Problem solved. Mine feels like a tiny heater pulling out hot air.

I already have a seadoo factory vent off some other ski sitting on the workbench. I am wondering if it is worth drilling a 3" hole in the back of the ski and adding one more hose in the back just in case the ski ever gets upside down. Hearing comments like "helped a little, I think..." concerns me.

I do run a fairly spiffy front intake CAI. Airflow in the back is limited.

Without adding some sort of fan, how would you ever figure out what direction the air flow in this new vent would go at speed? You may end up simply helping the hot air get from the rear up to the CAI. I really would prefer to not add some sort of fan.
