OK which override box would you run?

I've got a 2014 RXT-X and want to eliminate the speed limiter. I realize that these are opinions, but which box would you guys prefer

Don't waste your money on riva scom, doesn't work, not sure about r&d. Just reflash ecu, best way to go!

Neither cause neither will do much of anything.

You have three limiters and this only removes one. On your best day you might see 1-2MPH gain.

Apply the $200 or whatever to something like R&D reflash R1 or R2. Otherwise VTECH reflash and you can reflash back to stock for service work.

V-Tech reflash. You do it yourself using a V-Tech maptuner and a tuning credit

Vtech. No speed override modules. My Riva SCOM went in the trash.

so the unit is $390 and then you have to buy a tuning credit for 600$?

V-tech is much more flexible in the long run (even if you don't think you need it to be, YOU WILL at some point I promise you!!) and there's more support and expertise on the forum for v-tech - no brainer in my opinion.

v-tech seems like it is nicer, especially with being able to reflash back to stock w/o shipping it off.
