you will need the logger option to tune it your self
its not that hard to do
did you tap the manifold for the afr?
no one has a caned tune that is good for every motor

    215
From what I can recall, its tough to reflash a 185 ECU. It does not have enough physical memory. You would need an ECU from a 215 to reflash...

Couple of things that pop out, having done a quick search on what you are doing...

You need to get a 215 ECU, marry it to your setup...get it working together, make sure the ski runs and functions properly........THEN work on the tuner.

Before you do anything, since your motor was a 185, you are gonna need to replace the valves, flywheel bolts, and oil jet...And while its apart, you might as well replace the ring gear to match for a 16-tooth SC gear instead of a 17-tooth SC gear. If not, you will always be down on boost, and have to keep swapping gears when you change chargers...

Jpipe if you have it, must be done right so no leaks...Exhaust manifold tap if you are running a midpipe...

In addition to Danny's comments, replace the pistons as well. CP or Riva.......cause we all know the mods are never finished!

get a motec m130 and then you will not have to worry about your ecu or data logging as it all comes in one package.
