    hesitation all speeds

Fianlly getting my 01 1200 pro running, but still having some issues and hope someone can help (in the Tampa, Fl area NO oNE will work on a Polaris)...
Anyways...After buying the used ski...new bat (was bad), new selenoid (maybe was bad), new starter (I fried wit with a bad ground), new ground wire (the old one looked new but after repalcing fired right up)...
    Compression at 120 all around...
good spark now and fires up fine with primer (no idle screw since it was a race boat)..
proble is all speeds some hesitation.
I emptied tank (new gas), replaced filters inline, and in Red Top carbs.
    Vforce Reeds look perfect.
Red top carbs, though real clean in and out.
Though, the diafrm might not be working. How does one test them?
when running and I take the tops off I dont see them move. Normal?
    Is that its "fuel pump"?

When it does go, it goes nice.
but holeshot is sluggish until it grabs the power band...and mid and top have hesitation (sometimes not)...
    any clues appreciate the help.

    hey

Maybe the fuel line (3 of them) is collapsing under pressure?

Does that ski have the gray fuel line on it? Is there any green goo around the fittings to the carbs or stuck in the line?

Is the round diagpram on top of the carbs the fuel pump?
