    700 slth transplant to boat

I put a 700 slth power plant in a 13' aluminum semi-flat bottom boat. It will get on step at 10 mph and hits 30 mph at 5000 rpm. I can run it up to 6300 rpm and don't gain any more speed. It will jump up on step right away and seems to have plenty of power. The question I have is will I be able to bump my impeller from a 12/17 to a 14/19 Skat-trak or will that be too much of a jump?

Why not just have it bent from a 12/17 to a 12/19? This should drop your upper R's down, without sacrificing your lower rpms.

WOW, that's Sweet. I like how you got the MFD mounted in the dash. You must watch too much MONSTER GARAGE or something. That's Cool!

Did you also notice the Polaris fuel tank, filler hose and cap?

I'm a little curious about the fabricated reverse bucket as well. I'm figuring the plastic one gets destroyed trying to stop the weight of the boat?
