    PTO HOUSING/ fly wheel bolts

2005 rxt has the common fly wheel bolts backed out. 2 questions
#1 after driveshaft removal and all the pto bolts are out. the pto comes out about 1/4 to 1/2 inch and then wont come out any farther. what could it be stuck on. all bolts are out and it feels like its stuck in the center area around the shaft that the drive shaft goes into.
#2 should i replace those fly wheel bolts of just retorque with some loctite?

Left motor mount must be slightly moved for the cover to come off. If your magneto it trashed.... it may be tough to get it off.

    Use new flywheel bolts.

Ok so it was defiantly the motor mount holding it on. Got it apart and found out that the bolts are sheared off not just loose. Any recommendation on how to fix that?
